Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We love crabby attitudes. Crabby customer experiences? Not so much.

At The Crabby State, every item is printed especially for you when you place your order. Because our products are made to order, our return policy differs from that of a traditional retail store.

Returns & Exchanges

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Choosing the wrong color or style

• Changes of mind

• Personal preference

• Accidental purchases after production has begun

Please review product descriptions, size charts, and color selections carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Email dorene@crabbystate.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item and the problem, if available

We'll review your request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

You generally will not need to return a defective or incorrect product unless we specifically request it and arrange return shipping.

Sizing

Because garments are printed on demand, we cannot generally exchange items ordered in the wrong size.

Please consult the size chart on each product page before purchasing. Sizing may vary by garment style and manufacturer.

If an item differs materially from its published sizing specifications, contact us so we can review the issue.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may be able to cancel an order before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Color Variations

Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, garment materials, and printing methods.

Minor variations are normal and do not automatically qualify as defects. Significant printing errors or quality problems will be reviewed individually.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
