Shipping Policy

Good things take time. Especially when they're a little crabby.

At The Crabby State, every item is made especially for you! We work with trusted print-on-demand partners who produce and ship your order after it's placed.

Because different products may be made by different production partners, your order may arrive in separate packages, sometimes on different days. Each shipment may also have its own shipping charge, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Processing Times

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Production times may be longer during busy shopping periods, including the holiday season.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates vary depending on the product, shipping destination, and carrier. Production and shipping times are separate, and estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Multiple Shipments

Some products are made by different production partners. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Holiday Shipping

During the holiday season, production and shipping times may be extended. We recommend ordering early, especially when purchasing gifts.

Any holiday ordering deadlines we publish are estimates, not guarantees of delivery by a particular date.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

If you discover an error, contact us immediately. We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information indicates a delivery problem, please contact us at dorene@crabbystate.com

We'll help investigate with the shipping carrier and production partner and determine an appropriate resolution.
